Bike Rental Key Terms and Conditions
Rental Contract:
By renting a bike RideNerja you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement and the Bike Rental Agreement you signed.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of 50 euros per bike will be required at the time of rental. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the electric bike in the same condition it was rented, minus any applicable charges
Rental Period and Late Fees:
The rental period begins at the time of pick-up and ends at the agreed-upon return time.
Late returns will be charged an additional fee of 20 euros per hour.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 48h prior to your pick up date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 24h prior to your pick up date will forfeit the entire rental fee.
Insurance:
The bike is covered by liability insurance. However, this insurance may not cover all damages. The customer bears full responsibility for all types of damage caused to himself and to third parties. RideNerja is not responsible for claims for accidents, injuries, blows or damage caused to themselves or their property.
